Returns & Exchanges

At YINYANG THE LABEL, each item undergoes a thorough quality control inspection to ensure it meets our highest standards before it reaches you. However, if your item arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty beyond standard variations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.

We accept exchange only for faulty goods, within 7 days of receipt. YINYANG THE LABEL must be notified via email with the reason for the exchange, and it is at the higher management's discretion to approve or reject the exchange.

Items must be unworn and in original condition as order received.
Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or color change. Please choose carefully. The exchange of goods and shipping of goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

 


How to Return

To initiate a return, email hello@yinyangthelabel.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item name to be returned.
  • The cause of the return.
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.

You will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.

  • Returns must be sent using a tracked package.
  • Items should be in their original packaging and unworn/ used.
  • Altered or worn items will not be eligible for return.

Exceptions: Custom-made and on-sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs and any customs taxes related to returns.
