Shipping Fares
- Shipping Fee (Express) : €15 flat rate on all orders worldwide
- Free Express Shipping: Above €200
- Free Shipping within Indonesia
Processing & Delivery Time
- In-Stock Items: Shipped within 3 business days after payment.
- Out-of-Stock Items: May require up to 1 week for crafting before shipping.
- Custom Orders: Minimum of 2 weeks for crafting, depending on complexity.
- Delivery Times: Domestic orders arrive within 2 days, and international orders between 5-7 business days.
- A track and trace code will be emailed to you upon shipment for easy tracking.
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, YINYANG THE LABEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external factors.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please familiarize yourself with the import laws and customs policies of your country before placing an order. Taxes, duties, or charges applicable upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your purchase. If an international shipment is refused, shipping costs and Indonesian customs taxes will not be refunded.
