Your YINYANG THE LABEL order will be carefully packed and shipped from Bali, Indonesia. We partner with trusted carriers (FedEx & DHL) to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@yinyangthelabel.com.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping Fee (Express via FedEx/DHL): €15 flat rate on all orders worldwideÂ
- Shipping within Indonesia: €5 flat rate on all orders
- Free Express Worldwide Shipping: Above €200
Processing & Delivery Time
- In-Stock Items: Shipped within 3 business days after payment.
- Custom Orders: Up to 2 weeks for crafting, depending on complexity.
- Delivery Times: Domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders between 5-8 business days.
- A track and trace code will be emailed to you upon shipment for easy tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to country-specific procedures or customs that YINYANG THE LABEL is not liable for. Please note that customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and include an invoice for customs.
